Once the listing agreement is signed, we’ll begin by scheduling professional advertising photos of your home. We provide both photos and virtual tours for all of our listings, to help captivate interest of potential buyers.
Step Three: Listing Your Home
With a strong asking price and beautiful advertising photos, we are now ready to officially list your home for sale! We display your home on the MLS (a listing site for real estate agents), along with being displayed on 60+ additional websites.
Step Four: Showing Your Home
Once the home is listed for sale, we’ll begin collecting leads of interested buyers. From scheduling open houses, to coordinated private viewings we’ll work tirelessly to ensure you home is seen by as many buyers as possible to get you a competitive offer.
Step Five: Opening Escrow!
On average, within 30 days of listing your home for sale we receive a competitive offer for you home. We review the details of each offer with you until we find an offer that you are eager to accept. From there we are officially able to open Escrow!

A true Southern Californian native, Kristin grew up in Temecula before attending UCLA and graduating with a degree in Psychology. After spending several years in Los Angeles as a high school teacher of biology and anatomy, Kristin returned home to Temecula and found her passion in real estate.
Kristin brings the same love of service and education she found as a teacher to all of her real estate clients, working tirelessly to ensure that her clients receive informed options so they can best navigate the real estate world.
