Step 4: Receive Your Referral!
Once the home successfully rents, or we begin management of an occupied home, we’ll send out your referral fee. Simple as that!

Is there a contact?
We formalize the referral with a standard Broker Referral Agreement. This helps to ensure that your client remains your own when it comes time for them to eventually sell.
When do I receive the referral?
We issue the referral to you once the home successfully rents, and we move in the new tenants.
How is my relationship with my client protected?
We assign the client to you in our property management system. This means that if your client expresses interest in selling their home in the future, we’ll reach out to you to follow up.
Is there a limit to the number of referral fees I can receive?
No! We offer the referral fee for any new client you refer to us, with no limit. The more referrals you send, the more we pay to you!

If we rent out your client’s property, we will contact you and pay up to a $500 referral fee for each client you send to us. Your client remains yours should they look to sell in the future, and we formally establish the arrangement with a Broker Referral Agreement. With our referral program, you can rest assured that your client’s property management needs are taken care of while allowing you to focus on your main business and keep any future sales business.

Word-of-mouth referrals continue to drive relationships in real estate and property management. All agreements reached will meet state real estate laws. Referral fees are only available for licensed agents and brokers.
Here’s how the process works:
1. Fill out our CA Real Estate Referral Form.
2. We’ll contact you to discuss your client’s needs for property management and management services.
3. Once we understand your client’s needs, we’ll reach out by phone, email, or in-person to handle their property management needs.
4. Once we rent the home or unit and begin to manage the property, we send you the referral fee up to $500.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I receive a contract?
Yes! Brokers and agents who refer clients to us receive a Broker Referral Agreement. This recognizes your relationship with your client if they ever decide to sell their rental property.
When do you send the $500 referral fee?
Once we find a tenant and they move in, you receive the referral fee. You don’t have to do a thing after completing the referral agreement to be rewarded!
How can I protect my relationship with my client?
When our team adds the home or unit into our property management system, we list you as the referring agent. If the client wants to sell their property, we’ll reach out to you to handle the sale to get your commission.
How often can I make a referral?
