We formalize the referral with a standard Broker Referral Agreement. This helps to ensure that your client remains your own when it comes time for them to eventually sell.
When do I receive the referral?
We issue the referral to you once the home successfully rents, and we move in the new tenants.
How is my relationship with my client protected?
We assign the client to you in our property management system. This means that if your client expresses interest in selling their home in the future, we’ll reach out to you to follow up.
Is there a limit to the number of referral fees I can receive?
No! We offer the referral fee for any new client you refer to us, with no limit. The more referrals you send, the more we pay to you!

When do you send the $500 referral fee?
Once we find a tenant and they move in, you receive the referral fee. You don’t have to do a thing after completing the referral agreement to be rewarded!
How can I protect my relationship with my client?
When our team adds the home or unit into our property management system, we list you as the referring agent. If the client wants to sell their property, we’ll reach out to you to handle the sale to get your commission.
How often can I make a referral?
